Jonathan was great! The first question we asked was are they related to the cars with the Truly Nolen signs and he knew the whole story and explained it to us, what a great story! Jonathan was professional, personable and courteous. He was very thorough and careful in applying the pesticide around the house. We fully trust that Truly Nolen will meet our expectations.
We’ve been Truly Nolan customers for two years and when we recently moved out of town, Jonathan was assigned as our new technician. We were a little nervous to get a new tech because our old one was fantastic, but Jonathan has exceeded all expectations! His customer services is great, he is always polite, and a pleasure to have around. Living farther out in Hereford we expected to have more pest problems but we have not seen one bug in the home since we moved in. Jonathan goes above and beyond and even fixed our gate for us when it came off the hinge and no one was home! If you’re looking for pest services I’m the Hereford/Palominas area I highly recommend Jonathan and Truly Nolan.
