Terrible customer service or a better way to describe it would be no customer service. They came out and treated our house less then 30 days ago and they give a 30 day guarantee. Problem is that they'll only come out and spot treat, they won't come and redo the treatment. If you want them to redo the treatment they want the regular fee of $55. Their receptionist Ann was also very condescending when she spoke with my wife. She also didn't seem to concerned that Sierra Pest was losing a customer. No question as to why I was cancelling my account, no attempt to regain my business. Seems to me they don't care about the customers that they serve.

I made an appointment last Friday for an inspection the following Tuesday. They never showed up and did not call. I called them 40 minutes after I was expecting them and they told me my appointment was for yesterday. They never called to ask where I was. Not a reliable company.
