I attempted to get an estimate for work from this man Rich. He took notes and was very clear on several points. Several days later, he responded with conflicting information. Never did get an estimate. I didn’t trust him from the beginning when he asked me “how much are you willing to spend” when the project was very straightforward. I have never been asked that by a contractor. If you say too much money, they bid higher, too low, you get poor work. How do you answer that? If the business didn’t want the job the guy should have manned up and said so. As a doctor, their are things I don’t do for people and I tell them straight out. This guy plays games and IMO lies.
