We have used Party Time consistently for a year or two. We are always treated well regardless of how many items we are purchasing. The owners are friendly and go out of their way to help us find what we are looking for. This last time I wanted my young daughter to lead the shopping trip (learning experience). The owner was very kind and very patient with my daughter as she learned how to interact in a new situation. I highly recommend shopping at Party Time. I know we will continue to do so.

Jackie is amazing! She works so hard to find the perfect items for a variety of community and personal events. We are so grateful to have her and her family here in Sierra Vista.
I was so not happy with this place. So I put balloons on hold Saturday to pick up on Thursday so I go to pick them up and I decided to get a few extra balloons. The balloons number was 10.99 and 99 cent for the standard party balloons which she ended up charging me a 1.00. She charged a dollar each to put helium in balloons that I bought from her which blew my mind!! I get outside and literally almost lost a balloon because the tab broke! I literally drove 3 minutes to the local park(Veterans) to do the release and they were barely floating!
Jackie and her husband were so helpful and had exactly what I wanted. They were very quick and sweet folks. Will come back for anything else I need.
