I own a home in a flood plain. Samantha of Steve Miller's office worked tirelessly to get me the flood coverage I needed at a reasonable price. We were working with a difficult mortgage company and her efforts went way over and above what I believe the usual agent would do.
we feel we are in very good hands with our insurance needs. Super friendly and helpful staff, always here for us even for just a question or advise.
Turn around for quotes from this place is too long. We asked for car and home insurance quotes which seem simple enough. We provided everything that was needed online and yet this insurance agency is the only one we dealt with that couldn't produce an estimate without needing more from us.
Pretty disappointed. I heard this agency could help me with business insurance so I reached out to get some information and they have fallen flat. I spoke with one of the ladies in the office and was told they would get back to me. It has been two weeks now and I haven't heard anything regarding their ability to cover my business. Even if they couldn't, a follow up call would have been nice.
When I came to SV two years ago I shopped around for car insurance and Farmers was the best and cheaper I could get. As a matter of fact is the best I had in many years. Steven Miller and staff have been very honest and helpfull since day one. I would never look for help anywhere else.
