Jennifer Benton is an absolute rock star, this gal is definitely dedicated to customer excellence in every aspect of her job. I reached out to Jennifer at the time we listed our home to find the title agent that I could feel comfortable with knowing that we were two states away. I explained to Jennifer at the time that we were moving from Arizona to Texas, and that we needed her help to take care of our transaction. She was pleasant professional dedicated and always took the time to explain the process for us. Fran is the manager of this location and I want her to know what a great employee she has in Jennifer. Having owned and managed many of Businesses over the years it’s easy to recognize someone who truly cares. I highly recommend Pioneer title agency and the office in Sierra Vista Arizona and you can’t go wrong in hiring Jennifer Benton as your escrow officer. Jennifer Benton is our favorite escrow officer of all time! If she ever decides to relocate, we pray she will come to San Antonio, TX. To say she sets the bar is an understatement. Her work performance is unmatched. She is an expert in our field. I imagined that she had the support of a large team based on her responsiveness. What a surprise when I learned that she operates this particular office in Sierra Vista as a one (super) woman operation. We wish we could duplicate her dedication and professionalism. We have nothing but admiration and gratitude that she has chosen real estate as her career.

I worked with Chris Brown and she was someone who went above and beyond to help us. She stayed during her lunch hour to make sure our documents were taken care of immediately. Very professional and personal business. The atmosphere is also very welcoming!

I have been paying on my mortgage for over 10 years and not once has my payment history been reported for my credit score. I was told it was to much red tape. If i had known I would have chose better and will not recommend them EVER!

We recently purchased a home and worked with Chris Brown from Pioneer Title. Each interaction with Chris or the office staff was easy, quick, and efficient. They have a nice office, pleasant and polite employees, they are prompt, and do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. It is obvious that this is a well run office.
