I have been with Farmers for nearly 40 years and have worked with Carrie for many of those years she and her staff are always friendly, professional, and always there to help. The few claims we have had have been handled quickly with no problems. A great group to work with.
All staff share the simple concepts of humanity: caring, friendly, knowledgeable. They always engage in conversation with a positive approach along with a smile, even on the most difficult days.
My mom has been with Carrie for years. She was transferred to Steve Miller when the agency split due to Ginny's retirement. That was a trainwreck, but Farmers made it easy for mom to get back to the agency that has always treated her with such kindness. Carrie is truly an amazing, hard working agent that goes above and beyond for her people. She always has your best interest at heart.
