I received a request to review my experience with the agent. Samantha was very lovely. She followed up as promised and answered every question. I really enjoyed speaking with her. She is a great agent, but sadly Farmers rates just were not good for me. This review is based on my interactions with Samantha though, so for my experience with her I give 5 stars. Maybe in the future the rates will be better.

Samantha is an amazing agent. She is kind, patient, straightforward, and she does a great job of making insurance more understandable. She was able to get us so much more coverage all while saving us over $600 a year. We had gaps that we didn't even know about until we sat down with her. Our family is grateful for her!
