This agency is awesome beyond words! We moved from Sierra Vista to the Scottsdale area several years ago and kept our coverage on our vehicles with Ginger because we were always so happy with their service. After a few years of terrible customer service with an agency in Scottsdale for our home policy, we switched it to Ginger too. What makes this agency special is twofold. They really know their stuff when it comes to insurance and their customer service is the best we have ever experienced in any of our business dealings. Peter Aros and Andrea Meyer have ALWAYS responded to every need quickly, accurately and cordially. We will never have another insurance agency. We are with Ginger Hernandez for life!

I can attest that Ginger and her team have always taken very good care of my family's insurance needs. As a single mom, I live on a tight budget and I was pleased with the discounts that I received that help keep my payments affordable. However, rest assured that this does not mean that you will lose anything in regards to the quality of their service. For example, they made sure I had road side assistance in case of emergency, and the proper coverage in my renter's and auto polices. Ginger has been my business insurance agent for about 5 years now. She is always looking out for my best interest. She constantly shops for the best coverage at the lowest rates possible. I had a tire blow out on our new Prius as I entered the freeway on ramp. Scary! There I was strange city, sitting on the side of the ramp with cars swooning past me. Dangerous! I called Farmers. Peter was on it immediately. He had a tow truck there in minutes, coordinated with the tire replace shop so that all I had to do was "fill in the blanks." Most importantly, they provided me the peace of mind and security needed for me to feel safe. Priceless. Thank you for all that you do.
