This lady told my bestie to have some common sense like ur the one working at a movie theater. Like get a real job.
It's not a brand new cinema with accommodations. What it lacks in modernization it makes up for in hospitality and quality of what the do have to offer. They always have the newest releases, good variety, 3D, great popcorn, good prices, and a very clean environment. Reminds me of theaters I grew up with target than modern cinemas. Great family outing or place to take a date.
We had gone to the Marcus theater in la Crosse first, 30 minutes before the movie began. There were only 3 seats available, on opposite corners of the theatre. We considered waiting for the next show but it was nearly sold out so we drove to sparta. The prices for everything were better at the Sparta Cinema, the whole family could sit together. The staff was friendly. Parking was plentiful.
I really like going to this theatre, however- they have raised the prices and it really needs some maintenance. They need to start putting some money back into the place and maybe get some better seats.
Comfortable inside, could use some updating. Does have friendly service and good food. The outside, especially the movie sign is in need of fixing, The lettering does not stay put, has not for years. This at least could be updated.
