I lived here a little over a year and must say my experience was great. The community was nice and quiet. I had very few maintenance issues and when I did they were addressed quickly. The office staff was great, Lucy always greeted everyone with a smile and seemed to really care about the residents. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values a quiet, safe and nice place.
They made up a bunch of fees when I had to move out. Claimed my account owed but couldn't show any paperwork of what I owed for exactly. After so long they threatened to put it on my credit. Typical bully tactics and scammer way of doing business. I just paid it to get rid of any ties to them. Fellow service members be very cautious dealing with them and ask for paperwork any time try to bill you for something. This is my only complaint, the community is nice and quiet.
