Don’t waste your time coming here to rent. First experience: visited property, was supposed to be open, nobody in office., called then someone comes and opens the door. I’m able to view a 3 bedroom in placed of a 2 bedroom, leasing manager states that I’ll be put on a waiting list for the 2 bedroom and he’ll give me a call. I go back about a week later and same thing office is closed when it’s supposed to be open. I sat outside for about 45 minutes and called, nothing. I called various times throughout the day in two separate days no answer. I then stopped by the next day once again and inquired about the three bedroom that was available and was told now the apartments were low income based and I made too much (after I had already went over application fees and security deposit procedures with the same exact leasing manager the week prior for the 2 bedroom). Rent somewhere else, if this is an indication of what you have to look forward to as a applicant, it’s not pretty at all.
I have service dogs and told I would have to pay pet deposit and monthly rental for each dog. This is illegal. Don't rent from them. I had same thing as no one there at office when they are supposed to be there.
