Unfortunately for my family, my dog's health seemed to plummet throughout the day. I called our vet about scheduling a euthanasia appointment for that day and was told that they already had 4 emergencies and I couldn't bring her in that day. I called VCA Apache and even though they were going to close in an hour and a half, Rhonda fit us in. Everyone there was compassionate, caring, professional and respectful. They never met us before and yet, such compassion met us. A week later we received a thoughtful sympathy card with personalized messages. They are awesome. My own veterinary hospital couldn't even make time, even when they closed at 6:30 that evening. Thank you VCA, such wonderful people there.
We have always had great experiences here. Very caring staff who always take the best care of your pet. They got us in promptly when our pet was injured. Dr. B called to give us an update pre and post visit- very kind to hear from the doctor herself. Highly recommend.
My Dog was jumped by a roving Pit last nite. Bit very bad. The only thing this office seems to care about is Covid. My Dog was half covered in his own blood. Waited in the parking lot, some one did come out to take a 30 sec. look, then I was told to wait. Ohh the female did say a walk in was 108.oo plus a physical, plus what ever treatment and med's. Covid and money is All that seems to mean anything to them. Personally just wanted to get my dog seen and treated. I left after about 20 plus minutes sitting in my Car out in the parking lot.
Nice very competent staff. Was unable to go inside due to covid restrictions.
They were very quick, and kind. My dog is a nervous Milly, but she liked them even though I couldn't go in with her.
