I hate these parking structures, narrow driving lanes, traffic goes both ways but it's too narrow for that, too confusing. Sometimes I have to go around the lots 2, 3, 4 times to get a space.

This eastern structure has two side-by-side public exits and less cross-traffic from pick-up/drop-off etc. as snarls the west Structure #1 so is frequently preferable. Drive up to Level D so as to find convenient Handicap Parking, and already be on the Skywalk (2nd Floor of East Clinic Buildings == 1st floor of West Hospital buildings).

a good place to get lost in their maze and some are there parking structures are not signed sufficiently to exit.
