went to Otto's in Brookfield this afternoon. I had to walk because my car had trouble. I walked in and a big guy with dark hair told and a beard me that without a mask I had to leave. I understand that, but I had my shirt pulled up over my nose. He was dismissive and threatening in his demeanor. If i operated a business like this, i would preach customer service. I mean how much effort does it take to be polite and ring up liquor for customers? in my opinion, this guy should be travelling with a carnival manning the ring toss booth. what a jerk.

These reviews are way too generous here. They just don't care about giving good customer service. They don't. I've been going here out of great convenience since we live so close by. Total Wine is a little further away as another option or much further is Discount Liquors in Waukesha on Barstow, who are much more helpful (BTW). Granted, Otto's selection is decent. However, they are the laziest bunch that I ever did meet. You'll have to hunt down a staff member and ask specific questions. I've placed an inquiry to be ordered and it never happened. The staff never had called as promised.
