Excellent! I recently purchased a watch and had an exceptional experience. The transaction was quick and easy and I was never pressured in the least. Top notch customer service! As there are other dealers closer to my house, this trip was out of my way but well worth it. I worked with Lisa and would recommend her to anyone looking for a watch.
The staff at Treiber and Straub genuinely care about their customers. I had my Explorer I serviced here and had a very minor issue when I got it back (the bracelet had been installed backwards, which I did not realize until I had driven back to Madison). Both the watchmaker and owner quickly apologized and rectified the issue. I would not hesitate to have any of my watches serviced here in the future.
Working with Ellen and Lisa was fantastic! They did an amazing job in helping me and my husband. We are both very happy and pleased with our purchases!!! This will definitely be our go to jeweler.
Went into the store to have a watchmaker look at and authenticate a Rolex I had just purchased. Everyone was extremely helpful and I got above and beyond service from everyone in the store and Noah the watchmaker.nnTo top if off they have two watchmakers who can provide service to Rolex in-house, found my new go-to jewelery/watch store.
