Long wait time. But dr is passionate about wanting to help.

I was tolerant for two years as his patient. Some long hour waits for him to see you. The longest was 6 hours after I had to reschedule the last appointment after waiting three hours. Staff would never give you an estimate of time so you could possibly run errands while you waited. Waiting room is very uncomfortable and dirty. The last visit was the last straw. Three of us were well past our appointment time. Staff already left and went home. He was expounding upon his political views and how awful our armed services were in this country. Yes we could hear every word he said to the patients in the room with him. Obviously no regards to HEPPA laws. All 3 of us decided to leave. We knocked on the door of the room he was in and he instructed us to reschedule. I tried to reschedule and he refused to afternoons with me forcing me to do a morning. SO I picked a day we did not have school so I would not waste my time offs from my place or work. Then he sent a summary of our visit that did not happen. It was followed by a survey about our visit that did not happen. I went into the patient portal and warned him not to charge my insurance company because I THINK THAT WAS WHERE HE WAS HEADED DOING THE SUMMARY AND SURVEY. I NOTIFIED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY TOOK NOTE IN MY FILES. THEN A FEW DAYS LATER MY PATIENT PORTAL WAS DISCONNECTED. TODAY I GOT A CERTIFIED LETTER TELLING ME HOW HE IS SUCH A GREAT DOCTOR THAT TAKES GOOD CARE OF HIS PATIENTS AND THAT REQUIRES TIME SO HE IS SOMETIMES LATE. (I HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM ON TIME). Since I was not patient with him he will no longer be my physician. This guy gets kookier the more I saw him. He is totally delusional. I have been yelled at in front of patients for trying to get information about my labs from a very difficult receptionist. Several times I was the only person in the building with him because he was so late with the appointment. (That creeps me out since it is well known around here he got one patient pregnant 14 years ago. Ethics out the door)! No staff around anywhere so I believe this was illegal to do. I may be wrong but will check with the state medical board about that when I get the chance. It is amazing this guy can still work. If you have mold poisoning like me find some one else. This guy may know his stuff but he is a quack all the same. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS OFFICE! You will eventually regret it. His monstrous ego is just too much!

When I first went there he was good, got diagnosed with mold issues, everything made sense! The wait time is awe! His staff need to manage his appointments much better! Waiting up to five hours is way too much! When I asked if I could see a rheumatoid specialist , he said the waiting was a year, I understood that, but he still refused to send me to one. I wanted to go to a pain specialist, again he refused to send me to one! If you made an appointment as first appointment of day, others still went ahead of you, and then if you said anything to staff or head management they made me like I was worthless and a trouble maker. When I disagreed with Dr Grey, he Telkar at me, like was worthless! If I took his required medication for toxins (Charcoal tablets daily on a scheduled basic) my other doctors would refuse to treat me. When he started screaming at me, that was the time I decided to get a new doctor even though I lived in Benson! Upon Seeing a rheumatoid specialist I found out I needed specialized medication he could not give me, and I was able to see a pain specialist due to my chronic conditions! If i wanted to make an appointment, I would literally have to go into the office to make an appointment, because they don’t answer their phones (although when you want to talk to the office staff at the window, they will get on the phone and make you wait, or they are on the phone and they don’t acknowledge you! ) I have sent other people their to get diagnosed for toxins, he is good at that, but must take the whole person! Ultimately, I’m disappointed as I really liked him! He would have gotten 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ even waiting I understood he was busy. But, he needs to treat the whole person, not yell at clients (me in particular, I also have friend who he yelled at) and be professional! Conclusion: he won’t be practicing his profession much longer as he is getting on in age, and some people are actually waiting for this to happen! (From what I understand ) It’s sad, because he diagnosed me and I was happy, just not happy with the wait and the belittling from him and his staff! His good staff left to find new employment! I was sad to see them go! I was a patient for 3-4 years I want to say!

Please stop this Dr from hurting more people. I dreaded the horrible experience I was forced to endure at Dr Gray s hand. Sraight up let my right arm degenerate into paralysis. Got dizzy and fell a lot. Lost forty pounds in a month. Stood at the counter- with a fuzzy head asking for help. Btw I was there for a scheduled appt.-- I was asked to leave. 3 times i asked them to please help me ... " you re my dr., please help me." " I have an appt., I'll pay cash." As i paid cash the previos ten years. At time of incident, i had insurance. I was litterally made to leave without service or treatment . That guy put my health, livelihood and general well being into a fn fiasco, which 17 months later, i am still medically sorting out with local healthcare professionals who DO care. Ha ha -- I lived to tell about it Dr Gray.

I have been a patient here for over a year. the people are nice and helpful and always do their best to help. sometimes people have unreasonable requests or expect too much from a small office like this one. Yes it is sometimes difficult to be seen quickly, but it's a small office with a ton of patients. That is normal. That is everywhere.
