i am now in the process of filing a claim because I now own a property with no legal access!! please make sure that you find a different company to deal with. I had even addressed this concern before during and after closing and was completely professional with them but they decided to ignore my emails. They don't care about you, they just want your money.

My husband and I recently sold some property in the Benson Arizona area, and we live out of state. Pioneer Title Agency was above and beyond responsive during this sale. Adianna communicated with us via telephone, as well as email. She was courteous, and made the entire processing of paperwork seamless. We are grateful that with Adianna's professional help we did not have to travel during the Covid-19 crisis.

My husband and I bought our home a year ago and decided to refinance recently due to a drop in rates. The thought of essentially “closing” on a home twice in a year felt insane. But for the second time, Pioneer Title Agency made the process absolutely pain free and as easy as possible. They communicated clearly, worked with us on a tight timeline for scheduling closing due to my work travel and their flexibility is so appreciated. I can't say enough about these people! They really saved a family of six from having no where to go! We had clients purchasing in Texas. They signed in California but the Notary really screwed up the docs. The husband was driving his truck through Arizona on the way to Texas. I called 7 title companies and no one would help do an accommodation signing until I, by luck, found this great group of people! They had several people who had to be out of the office when we needed him to sign - yet they made sure to take care of our client and send our documents back to us so that when our client arrived with his truck he had a home. It never could have happened without this fantastic group! They went above and beyond and out of their way to help a client that wasn't even theirs. If you are in their area and you need a title company I highly recommend them - if they do these kinds of things for a stranger I would imagine they treat their clients like Kings and Queens. Thank you SO much!! I am licensed in Arizona and any loan I receive close to you I will push for you to be our title company! Again! Thank you!
