The location offers an excellent repository of large text books. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

The first time I went to make copies of legal documents, they tried to copy on both sides of the paper and charge me for 2 copies. I had to specifically ask for 1 sided copies. Cost 10¢ per copy. Two weeks later I go in to make a copy of a 63 page legal document again having to specify one sided copy. Cost $36.50 being told they got a new copy machine and had to jack the price up from 10¢ per copy to 25¢ per copy. The "new" machine was no different than the old machine. A standard Ricoh office printer. I'm going to pick up an HP printer from Walmart for just a few dollars more. That was RIDICULOUS!!!
Horribly difficult to get a library card! I tried to follow what they asked but when I brought in the piece of mail proving my residency they said it wouldn't work because I didn't have the envelope. Seriously!! I have never had this much trouble over a LIBRARY card!! The people behind the desk just smile condescendingly at you while you go through this nightmare!
