I went to have Physical Therapy at ATI on three different occasions and the physical therapy itself was fine. However, a couple weeks later, the bills started to arrive and this is where my experience with ATI went from fine to terrible. I had been told before my first visit that I had a co-pay of $75 and that my insurance would cover the rest. ATI ended up billing the insurance company over $1,800 for three 30 minute PT visits and of course the insurance company didn't cover all of that which left me on the hook for another $700!! I have called multiple times to the billing department only to be passed off from one person to the next. No one has been helpful in any way, and no one has been able or willing to explain how I am being charged this exorbitant amount of money for PT. I will never go to an ATI again, and I would discourage anyone I know from going to an ATI as well. If I could give a zero star review I would.

Matt and the rest of the staff at the ATI downtown location were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my four week physical therapy session. I came in with a torn ligament in my ankle barely able to walk. By the end of my four week session, I was back to being able to walk without pain. I was even jumping and running.nnMatt is super friendly and was able to pinpoint the exact exercises I needed to do to recover from my ankle injury. Overall, it was an awesome experience and would recommend this spot to anyone with any type of physical injury!
