The ultimate KAREN works here, maybe owns it, either way you know it won’t end well.
I went here for a whiskey tasting. The host was knowledgeable and was able to go in depth on the history, the process of making the whiskey, and the scents and flavors we might experience. Top notch operation!
Terrible service.....dismissive rude and not worth your time!
I have been coming to this location for years an normally have an ok experience. This trip however was sadly disappointing, no one ever acknowledged the presence of me or my husband . We walked around for a good ten minutes while the gentleman talked with his college and kept making eye contact with us but never offering a greeting . I was looking for a particular red blend but didn’t even feel like I could ask because the look he was giving me made me feel like we didn’t belong there . Very rude . My husband said we should just take our business elsewhere and before we left I made sure to say hello to the employee and told him to face a great day .
Great staff, great atmosphere to sample wines paired with food from other vendors. Love the easy transition to buying your favorite wines
