I came into Rohr Jewelers and met with Sam, the owner, about a particular dilemma I had with my ring. He really took the time to explain to me my issue, showing me the blemished stone under magnification and drawing diagrams to help me fully understand what was going on. He also took the time to explain design options, the process involved, and potential outcomes. I had previously visited another well-known jeweler who really didn't offer me much in the way of solutions. I'm still mulling over what route I'm going to go, but I would definitely seek out Sam's expertise for the final setting.
