The food and the waiter were very good. The front desk staff were rude. They took my name and phone # telling me they would text me when a table was available. The lady indicated the wait time was more than 40 minutes. This restaurant has a rule of "If you sign up for a table and you return more than 15 minutes after being notified they will drop your reservation." I was not informed of this nor was a sign posted with this information anywhere. We returned 2 minutes late after driving back and the front desk staff told us we had no table. They argued the rule. I told them I saw no notice and was not informed of this rule. Finally we eventually got seated. A lot of stress just for pasta. Thank you to our waiter for a pleasant experience. Otherwise I know I will not return.

I've always had a good experience when I come here. The food is typical of an Olive Garden restaurant. I really like the option to order an additional meal to go for later. They also have to go and pick up options, a major plus in the time of Covid-19. The restaurant is large but there is usually a wait here so plan ahead due to it's popularity.

So I ordered online, stated ready in 25 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later, called the number for pickup, they stated will bring out once finished. Ended up waited an additional 35 minutes before they brought food out. The individual was really polite and had good customer service. Don't know how or why but from time I placed the order to the time it was brought out to me was 1 hour 10 minutes. Restaurant did not appear very busy and never received any info other than it will be out when ready. Unfortunately the food was cold when it came to the car so over all experience was not very good; especially considering the cost of the meal plus tip. Don't recommend ordering a drink. 16oz for almost $4 is not worth the convenience.

I always love the Olive Garden. Great food and service this evening . I gave 4 stars due to safety; one of the greeters only had her mask on halfway, not at all covering her nose. That seems inadequate to satisfy the guidelines.
