Absolutely amazing staff. Did a wonderful job helping us pick the ring we wanted and making it work with our budget. Didn’t hand the ring over to us until it was absolutely perfect. Lifetime warranty is a MAJOR advantage. John was amazing to work with. What a personable guy. Kelvin hand picks his product and the quality makes that clear. This will be making our wedding bands and any other future jewelry or projects. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

One of my stones in my halo came out while cleaning my engagement ring and Kelvin was able to fix it within the same day! I was in a panic when it happened, and it was great to have someone who was able to take care of the issue so quickly and get my ring back to me. He even let me pick it up after store hours! Excellent customer service, would highly recommend for repairs or purchasing jewelry.

First, new to the area, so we wanted to find a Jewelers that would actually take care of their clients. Second, my fiancé had a missing stone from her engagement ring, and Kelvin Schroeder Jewelers were very knowledgeable and very professional. Not only did they replace the lost diamond but also they did a wonderful job with taking care of tipping the prongs to make sure everything was secured. In addition, the work was done on time and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place. 10/10
