I will be taking my ride with my husband in a couple of weeks. I hope our experience is a good one. As the reviews are mixed I see. Will update after our experience. ❤
On Saturday me and my fiancee were suppose to be on an hour ride which was suppose to include the lake front view, it never happened. We were taken around downtown, also the seats looked as if they had not been cleaned in forever, the blanket on the carriage was filthy . Called the owner and all he said was sorry and he would talk to the driver because she was new. Very dissatisfied.
Took the half hour ride a couple years ago and I don't have any complaints. The horse looked well taken care of and was friendly. It was snowing like crazy the night we went, but yet the 'driver' was very helpful and considerate and wasn't at all grumpy about having to be out in the weather. It was a very nice experience and I would/will definitely do it again!
Excellent reply from the owner who stands behind the service! The horses always appeared cared for. Worked in Milwaukee (delivery job) for 8 years.
It was an awesome experience and they were SO NICE. We saw all the lights and didn’t have a single problem.
