My son has attended Penfield since he was 6 months old after he had a medical emergency that required him to be on constant oxygen while he recovered. He has a complex medical history and it was very difficult to find a safe place for him while we worked. When they began to care for him, the weight of the world was lifted off of our shoulders. He has been loved and cared for like the staff birthed him!nnHe is now three years old! He is able to be on oxygen if necessary and gets all his therapies in one place! It’s a game changer that has continued to allow normalcy in our life that comes fought with so many challenges.nnI will forever be grateful that God placed this organization in Milwaukee. If you’re in a dark place or just wondering what’s next for your special baby, please let them help lift that burden. He is a room full of typical babies and it only helps him develop even more. My son is doing amazing and has continued to flourish since enrollment. I told him we are never leaving and he will be a teenager in daycare. Ha!

Penfield's daycare teacher for 3 year olds -- grossly undertrained to handle kids with severe cognitive delays and issues related to ADHD. My child who has sensory issues was physically restrained for nearly 40min. My child was left unsupervised and made her way to the 2nd floor to the ball pit room. My child food was not stored properly. I was pressured by Penfield supervisor staff and day care teacher multiple times to change my work hours to have her come in when they open. The Nutritionist cancelled 2 confirmed appointments with me. The staff supervisor explained to me that if my child was in daycare consistently, then there could be chance for improvement... My child has a medical condition with her immune system. She and I was sick with the flu/cold for 2 weeks (I emailed the staff supervisor to let them know of the situation). After that insulting phone call, I had enough of Penfield. ***Side note: all these incidents described above occurred within 30days!*** Until things improve my daughter who is 4yrs old and nonverbal is not going back.

My twin son's what to this school in 96 now my glambaby goes there now in 2019 they get the children ready for the world of success I love itud83cudf8aud83dudc9cud83dude09ud83dude4f

I absolutely love this place the staff is so nice I waited a year to get in and they called me right away when spots open and they are so good with the children I love that my son goes here keep up the hard work.

Therapy sessions started off bad, but with some feedback they have turned things around 100%. Every child deserves this same level of service. I wish my child could have had more time with his current team, but I can’t turn back the hands of time. Thanks for hearing me out and caring enough to make some changes.
