Honestly it's not as bad as it used to be. Still not the best, but not the worst
What a mess, half the pay machines worked and every car had to get buzzed out. Come on, get it together. Took almost 30 minutes to get out from the 4th floor.
DO NOT PARK HERE! Exiting here after a major event will take you hours! Machines malfunction and are very slow. Waited over 3 hours to exit and had eventually had to leave my car in the lot overnight. Total disaster and terrible operation. Emergency number was called by everyone and no responses by ownership. Police were there but unable to do anything to allow people to exit.
Parking here with a monthly pass used to be better but then they changed the first few levels with reserved valet spots that almost never get filled. Its really frustrating to pay $100 a month and have to drive so far out of my way past so many empty reserved spaces.
The pay stations broke down after the Milwaukee Bucks game. We waited in our car for 30 minutes without moving then parked again and left. Parking should be no charge. We will see.
