I don't want to hype this place up too much just because I don't want it to get too busy to the point where it's hard for me to go! They already hold enough hype though and if this is your first time checking this place out, just go. It's a must. There is no menu, they will make any drink you want and if you're unsure on what you want, your server will ask you a few questions and then come back with a drink you'll absolutely love, it's amazing. Very cool vibes, kinda dark if that matters. Not dead quiet, but not loud either. It's easy enough to hold conversations with everyone at your table. It's my favorite cocktail lounge out of anything else around

My girlfriend and I went to Bryant's on Thursday August 13th . The experience was great, the bartender was amazing (cannot remember his name), and overall the safety measures made the experience feel pretty safe. This is a legendary bar that has huge historical significance as a cocktail bar in Milwaukee (take a minute to read about the history on their website). It is definitely one of the coolest bars I have ever been to. The bartenders are like alcohol psychics. They ask you what you like, what you don't like, and work towards giving you a drink that will blow your mind. I could write pages on why this place is amazing, but go and experience it yourself you won't regret it!

I really like how there is no menu and the server asks you what you like. Then with the information they gather from your answers they bring a drink out. It requires a great deal of knowledge to create individual drinks for everyone's preferences and dislikes. I tended bar for over 5 years and it brings a whole new approach to bartending and serving. It creates a new experience each time you come as the interpretation of your desires may be different to each server. It nurtures a culture of creativity I've never seen in a bar before.

This cocktail bar has a real vintage feel. It's one of the oldest bars in the city! The lighting is dim, the walls are made of velvet, and the bartender knows what you want to drink better than you do. Highly recommend!!

Delicious, amazing and unique atmosphere. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their spirits Gand creating unique drinks to fit a patrons tastes. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
