A very impressive mansion. Beautiful detail throughout the house with mahogany, oak, birch wood etc. Gorgeous gold and satin walls. An amazing family one would appreciate. What abplus that many items are original to the house or have been returned or donated! Loved the experience. Carolyn was a great guide host!!!

A tour rich with the history of Milwaukee, the Pabst family, and beer in a masterpiece of architectural design and decor. The restoration is phenomenal (and ongoing). With so many tantalizing details and very knowledgeable docents each offering a little different twist on the extensive history, it warrants more than one trip. Affordable, would recommend a weekday visit for a slightly more intimate experience, although groups are capped at 25 even on weekends.

I went to this place thinking it would be an aokay experience but I left with having one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and did a great job leading the tour. The home itself is one of the coolest estates I’ve ever been in. The home tour is also very cheap for what you’re getting. The home is nice but if more restoration money came in then the home would be even more perfect. Do go to this place if you have the time.

Beautiful and friendly guides. There for Xmas without a guided tour this time of year that was sorely missed. I could have gone to a mall to see fancy trees. Was more interested in the mansion. I picked the wrong time of the year to go I suppose.

Don't expect beer afterwards but do expect to learn a lot about the days when electricity was being introduced to the masses and what the rich did to make their homes stand out. The house is crazy and the history of the building is pretty cool too.
