I normally love going to the store however this time I went, it could have been better. There we no sales and the employees were not very welcoming. When I was checking out, the cashier talked to me with an attitude, played with my money for several minutes, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Also didn’t tell me where she put my receipt and when I looked confused, she told me where it was as if I was a child. Very disappointing. I expect better from this store!

I will never set foot in this store. The safety policies posted on their door are blatantly ignored by lazy employees who can’t be bothered to actually do their jobs. I watched two girls stand to the side for 10 minutes and do absolutely nothing besides ignore customers.nEverything is cheap quality and the store was a mess last time I went inside, so no real loss here.nBut management clearly isn’t on the ball with what the people they are hiring are actually doing, and if management doesn’t care enough to be competent, that speaks about the entire company.

I really love forever 21, so I may sound biased. They had an amazing sale, low prices, and great customer service. The problem is, there was a ton of clothes on the floor here, and it was kinda messy. Overall, I loved shopping there.
