I always love the clothes at Ann Taylor, and this location has a great selection of sale priced clothing in the back of the store as well. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently come across some rather cold, unfriendly employees in the past years, which makes me hesitant to enter the store. There are a handful of kind and courteous employees; however, so I hate to “punish them” with a lower rating. Regardless, I always like to pop in every now and check out the sales. It’s just so much more pleasant when my business is actually appreciated.

I feel like I shouldn’t say names but I was in the store for 2 minutes until the lady working there said “excuse me” with a rack. Where I was I could only move 1 inch... she zipped passed me and said NEVERMIND. No thanks I don’t need to buy anything from here.

Excellent experience! Quinn saved the day with finding the perfect outfit for my daughter who had an interview. We had been at the mall for hours with no luck. She put it together for her and it was the best. Thank you!
