The service and attention to detail at Kesslers does not compare. I worked with Brennan over several months to create my wedding band. He went through many iterations, even sending me a wax mold during quarantine lockdown, until we landed on exactly what I wanted. I felt comfortable and listened to. Every time I come in for a service / cleaning of my rings, they go above and beyond. Upon learning that I was leaving town for several months, Bev set me up with an at home wash and storage bags for my rings. You will not regret investing in the quality of Kesslers.

Brennan was my sales associate and I seriously enjoyed my experience. Everything was on par timing wise just like he said it would be. He was very thorough and careful helping me choose the perfect ring for my new fiancé. He gave me helpful advice and followed up with us as well. After exploring other jewelers and becoming stressed, we decided to turn to the company we had known for years because of their advertisements in Madison, our beloved college town! We had heard amazing reviews from our friends, and we couldn’t be happier that we went to Kesslers to help us with our wedding rings. In particular, Kellan in Downtown Milwaukee, has been incredible to work with. She listened to our ideas, respected our budget, explored our options, diligently communicated updates, and made the entire process so enjoyable. (What better way to spend a Saturday morning than sipping on mimosas and looking at rings?!) We are 100% confident that we will continue to turn to Kesslers In the future.

My husband and I visited Kessler’s yesterday in search of a new wedding ring for our anniversary. Sam helped us find one we both LOVE. She was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond in providing us with complimentary champagne, and seeing to it that my ring was sized and soldered within hours so that I could wear it the same night. I would recommend this location to everyone!! Not only is my ring gorgeous, the entire process was a blast! Thanks again Sam!!
