Power's is the best, I love that they are a family owned business! My husband got me the prettiest wedding band here, I couldn't believe how perfectly it fit with my engagement ring (which he purchased online). And when one of the stones fell out of my engagment ring they were able to order the stone, and replace it in about 1 week. I have worked with Kaity and Lorry, and both are super friendly and helpful. ❤
Called Powers 1st hoping they could help with a gold charm (vehicle protector) I ordered for my daughter, who's car was totalled weeks earlier, she was home for 3 days, it just needed a bigger bail, 10m job. The answer was no, it would take a few days and cost $50, and was said by Katie that the INCONVENIENCE was a factor...it wasn't getting done when I needed it, so how was it inconvenient? Stopped at Robert Haack, the goldsmith did it for FREE! Never again Powers!
