What a screwed up court system! Had an initial hearing 19 days ago. The Commissioner said it needed to be rescheduled. STILL waiting and cannot get ANYONE on the phone that has any answers. No response to voicemails or emails. What a joke!!
It is absolutely ridiculous trying to get a hold of someone that can actually help me. I guess unless you have a lawyer, you are on your own because the filing fees I paid certainly didn't guarantee me any answers or provide any information as to what my next steps need to be.
The reason for my 3 stars is, after I called I had to read the reviews, witch I normally do because out the gate it was poor service and this is a decent city job I thought.nI explained the reason for my call, that my count date had been rescheduled by the court due to the snow emergency but I had misplaced the letter, and if the young lady would be so kind as to confirm my date 3/21 and time or could she give me the info, there was a loud sound of blowing and then place on hold for maybe 5minutes then the young lady return and asked are you suing someone? I remained calm and respectful an I explained that I was not she rudely ask my name, I gave it and she confirmed my info and I asked the court room number She, belows and says it, I begin to pray for her and her future our city employees and omg I have one more question the case number an she turned it around and began to speak as she should with good training and customer care. So ud83dude4cud83dude4fud83dude4cud83dude4f good job really.
They don’t answer the phone now that I’m here the door is locked and they claim that they open at 8:00am but it’s 15 minutes and counting pass
I live in New Jersey, need information for a case they never answer the phone.
