Amazing service!!! I got both my engagement ring and wedding band here (along with my husband’s) and I was looking to get mine soldered together. I am from Milwaukee originally but now live in Chicago. I was only going to be in town for the day, so I called ahead and they were able to get the soldering done same day (in about two hours)!! Everything we have from Shallow is beautiful. Highly recommend them!

My wife and I have been coming to Shallow Jewelers for many years, and have been treated very well. I would also like to give kudos to Richard Trissel, the Master Watchmaker. I have taken many watches for cleaning over the years. He does excellent work. The watches return looking like new. I would not trust anyone else to work on my watches. He is definitely a HIDDEN GEM in the Shallow organization.

Amazing service and great, local feel. I took my wife's engagement ring in for a repair and received a reasonable quote and fast service. They finished it well ahead of the scheduled time. I was amazed at their knowledge as well. They guessed the age of the ring (approx 20 years) by the look of the diamond supports and were exactly right. The big stores don't offer this level of service or have staff with this kind of experience. Would highly recommend them.

The service is great here! Most of my family has gone to Shallow Jewelers for their wedding and engagement rings, so it make sense for me to come here. Dean and Renee really helped me find the perfect rings and helped me throughout the process. They made it very easy and non-stressful finding the right rings!
