I wish I could adequately express how amazing this family run business is because a 5 star rating doesn't do them justice. I had two rings that required work (resizing and several prongs redone.) I had originally gone to a couple larger franchise jewelers and received some pretty staggering quotes. I happened to come across Paul's Jewelers and I'm so happy I did. Not only were they competitive with the pricing, but the work they did and the level of service I received far surpassed any of my expectations. High quality work and exceptional service. Can't ask for more than that :)

Wonderful to work with. My Husband and daughter had multiple calls to make sure they got the correct 35th wedding anniversary ring. It was perfect. They also remounted my wedding ring marque diamond and made a necklace out of the 3 small diamonds. I will be a repeat customer. The service is great.

My husband and I came to Paul's Jewelers a few weeks ago looking for a replacement wedding band for him. Vivian was awesome to work with and great customer service. We found the perfect Titanium band! We were also able to get his original band resized and looks beautiful.nThank you Vivian!

Vivian takes the time to get to know her clients and answer all of their questions. Buying an engagement ring when you are unfamiliar with diamonds can be a daunting task, but Vivian was reassuring and educated us on all of the various aspects. She took time to prepare for us prior to our initial visit by having diamonds to showcase that was in our budget and styles we were interested in looking at. This preparation make the meeting go much more efficiently than at other jewelers. She was also patient with my fiance's lame jokes. We highly recommend Vivian at Paul's Jewlers and we will be back.
