Cyndi provided excellent customer service! Sat on phone for hours trying to get a credit for us. Above and beyond what her job requires! Would totally use fox world travel again.

DO NOT use Fox World Travel! Due to Covid, my March vacation was cancelled by Fox World Travel and have repeatedly received the runaround since regarding refund. After 120 days and getting the BBB involved, I find out the travel representative cancelled my vacation too soon and without my consent causing my trip to become non-refundable. It’s really unfair that the customer has to pay the price for their mistake and complete lack of ownership to the issue they created by blaming it on Apple Vacations.
