It's a park and ride. That pretty much sums it up. It's the layover spot for several bus lines including HWY 100 and Layton Ave buses. In my limited experience with this location I've noticed a fairly regular police presence.

It's not the nicest parking lot, but it's very convenient and has plenty of space.nnThey're usually pretty dependable when it comes to plowing the snow that gets in the way.nnThe huge gaps and potholes in the pavement make driving through incredibly bumpy though. Would love if someone fixed that!
