Great selection as always. Customer service could be better, Marissa the cashier wasn’t friendly at all. I also didn’t like her attitude/tone when she asked for my ID as if I’m underage or trying to pull a fast one to buy beer. Train staff better to be courteous even if they’re having a bad day.
Another Total Wine location that I absolutely love. The people that work here are very friendly and are more than willing to help look for what you need. Can’t complain that this is close to home and I can stop by whenever I need to get my fix of beer. Recommend any Total Wine!
OK so first off just a solid WOW if you love wine (red) like I do than Total Wine lives up to its name because it is TOTALLY swell! The staff is great with helping me find wines from all over the world (France, Italy, California) and each one tastes different but so good! My husband likes beer and they also have a lot of that! Plus brandy for old fashions
I love the drink selection this store has. They have a drink I can't find anywhere else, so if there is something you really want check here if you can find it at your local store. Oh yeah; I forgot, they have amazing pricesud83dude01
Checkout went smooth until the instant rebate did not come off, and could not be done, a picture of the rebate was not enough. I paid the balance, then I went to the service desk. I was told I was one of many with the same problem. Staff was not there to fix the problem. I was credited the instant rebate.
