John is wonderful! I came in with a family diamond looking for it to be made into an engagement ring. He worked with my (now!) fiancee and I diligently to find something from one of his vendors that had a design that was near my vision. Next, we worked with the vendor to customize it to my exact preferences! As it was a custom design, it took a few months for the whole process from selecting an initial design, to getting CAD drawings of the final design, to approving a 3D printed model to finally getting the final product. But couldn't be happier and highly recommend!
