I had The Jewelry Center adjust the size on my ring and replace a missing diamond. -Very friendly service when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. My ring looks amazing and fits perfectly now. They cleaned and shined it up to the point that it almost looks better than when I originally received it. Excellent work, a fast turn around (especially considering it's their busy season) and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

The Jewelry Center is far and away the best place to buy jewelry. I absolutely love the ability to design custom pieces for my wife and each time the finished product has exceeded my very high expectations. Both Dean and Linda are first class and I wouldn’t even think about buying jewelry from anyone else.

I needed to have my watch battery replaced and could not find anywhere in my area in Oregon that was open due to the quarantine. (Nor did I want to go out.) Did some online research and came across the website for The Jewelry Center in Wisconsin. Their prices were reasonable and they even handled the postage so I didn't have to worry about going to the post office. Their service was excellent - quick and efficient. I give them a big thumbs up and would definitely use them again. And I loved all those smiling, happy people on their website!

I came across The Jewelry Center and took a chance to reach out and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response, great pricing and fast service from Joe. I had 3 watches that needed work, they are extremely reasonable especially since I had to send them off. If you need any work done, as small as a watch battery being replace, reach out to them and be taken care of properly.
