Very pleasant to speak with. I was looking to fill a prescription that CVS was not able to. Even though the pharmacy couldn't fill it because it is a manufacturer delay, the pharmacist was very helpful in providing information on where to go from there. Why, five stars? Because I have been bounced from my clinic to pharmacy to pharmacy and when someone goes beyond to give you the information you need in the right direction, they are truly a help in the chaos. I would not hesitate to return for future prescription refills at North Shore with the amount of respect and care they provided with my experience.
Ryan and the woman on the counter are just incredible! They stayed late on a Friday night to help me get my prescription filled..nTremendous customer service and always friendly and helpful.
I got my flu shot from pharmacist Kyle yesterday here!! He processed the flu shot through my insurance quickly and efficiently.nnAlso, while waiting I purchased a couple Melissa & Doug toys for kids! And of course, some wine from their new wine selection! Most of the wine bottles are under $20.nnThey have a good selection of OTCs, including CBD oils.nnThere are signs up that they will soon be renovating the exterior and entrance to have a more modern look.nnOverall a great experience! If you are looking personalized pharmacy experience- this is the place to go! The staff makes an effort to know their customers and clearly cares about them!
Always fast and helpful- a truly excellent local business ud83dude00 they also stock a nice selection of Doug and a Melissa toys.
We have been going here for years! The staff is wonderful and service is beyond all and beats the competition. If we could get all our prescriptions there, we would. I love having our neighborhood pharmacy where they know us.
