So I arranged a cleaning for them to clean and polish my rolex day date. I get woken up at 3 am in the morning by a text from the jewelry store, so I’m already pretty confused and I click on what they sent me and it’s a picture of my Rolex on a plate of Mac and cheese. Very shady and not a good business do not recommend.

Do not waste your time here, you can get the same quality watches from WISH.com they tried to sell me a Rolex with “made in China” engraved in it. CBG

I left behind my Rolex for them to bust down the band , after 3 weeks of waiting , nothing had been done to my watch and no updates were given regularly. when I asked them to return my Rolex for 2 days they claimed no one was available for me to pick up. Like whaaaaattt ! I had to threaten legal action if my watch wasn’t returned ASAP. Furthermore a friend of mine had also left their Rolex to get bust down and he waited even longer than I did. Also none of the work was done rite on his. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don’t go here ! #chicagoboxgod

Well first of all they sell low quality diamonds at a higher price because most people cant tell the slight difference just off eyes unless they have experienced in gemology . 2nd i know they sold a chain to a Milwaukee rapper and on the chain was half real diamonds and fake 1s scattered throughout but they sold it to him as 100 percent real. As a matter a fact they did that to another Milwaukee rapper. Third he did the same to a street dude with money which i heard he wasn't to happy about
