So my husband spends thousands of dollars on my ring and I usually get it inspected and cleaned every so often. I go in and was told they aren't offering this service bc of covid-19. Are you kidding me?? So I have to pay for something that is normally provided free of charge bc of all the money we already spent. Why don't you guys just close up shop if you can't provide all of the services you normally do.

Would be nice if they updated their store hours online 3 different times I have gone and they’re closed and instead of taking the time to update the hours for their customers they just post a paper sign on the outside of the door. Not helpful at all......

The manager gave me the worst service I ever had had such a big attitude. Are terrible terrible man I will never go back.
