Horrible customer service. I went to get my daughters ears pierced. They were very short with me and not friendly. Also one of the ladies didn’t even make eye contact with me and was on her phone the whole interaction. Very rude. I went to icings instead and got great service from Sonia.
Amazing. The ladies who did my ears made me feel comfortable. I am a very nervous person when it comes to needles. The ladies who worked there made an offer to do both of my lobes at the same time. Super nice. Recommend going there.
I haven’t had many issues much with their customer service but they are horrible with answer their phone and or make you hold forever. Tried calling two days with no success to see if they had a certain necklace in stock yet. Had to call Mayfair instead. Very disappointing. Some workers are great with customer service but others don’t even greet you.
A woman working behind the counter was interacting with all customers with her mask hanging from her ear for the entire 15mins we were standing there. It made me extremely uncomfortable . This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here. The last time I waited for ten minutes for an associate and no one was in the store. I like to buy my body jewelry here so I was super disappointed.
