They have always done great work for me with fair prices but I've been there twice in the past week and none of them wear masks. I now can see how reckless and uncaring they really are by this lack of action. I won't be back because its too dangerous right now . And I won't be back in the future because I see how little reguard they have for their customers and public health in general.

WE HAVE USED THIS BUSINESS IN THE PAST, BUT MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL; THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PUT NEW UPPERS AND LOWERS ON SANDELS. AFTER 8 WEEKS, $200 AND MANY, MANY LIES THESE SHOES HAVE NEW SOLES. IN ADDITION, THE PERSON WHO WAITED ON ME REFUSED TO WEAR A MASK, SAYING THAT THERE IS A WINDOW IN BACK. NOPE...nTHIS IS N *O *T THE PLACE TO GO....

They were actually recommended to me by another luggage repair shop. What AMAZING customer service by incredibly friendly and honest people at ABA Semar! They were able to manufacture parts for my almost-20-year-old case (because parts were no longer available), and I couldn’t possibly be more pleased. I will go back! 10/10 would recommend!
