I do not recommend. I called with specific questions and ended up speaking with the General Manager Kory Neuzerling who was royally rude. She was very abrasive loud and continued to interrupt me while I was talking. If this is how a simple phone conversation goes why would you think I would bring guests on a tour with this type of customer service?

Recently took an extended tour with Lamers...NEVER AGAIN!! I wrote a customer complaint and they have decided NOT to even respond to me. Terrible customer service. I will NOT recommend this company for any type of trip. The advertisement for the extended tour was misleading! For instance, according to the advertisement, we would be having an authentic lobster bake...who knew that it would be a picnic! Or that the lobsters would come out of coolers and served on styrofoam plates!! As we traveled across the Kancamagus Highway, one of America's most scenic routes, we were to make picture STOPS along the way. We NEVER stopped!! Unless it was at a MCDONALDS!! The ad for this trip stated that we would be going on a moose pursuit. Funny, the guide told us that he has never seen a moose during that time of year and that we would not see one from a main highway either. Good think I paid over 2k for a trip to get moose ears as a reward! If you consider a moose pursuit going down a main highway one direction, turning around on the same road and coming back on the same road then this is the trip for you. Or if you are looking for terrible service or terrible meals...then this is the trip for you. All I can say is that I will never take a trip with this company! Especially when I was told that Mr Lamers himself said NOT to respond to me. Save your money and take a Greyhound, you will see just as much and probably stop more.
