Ice cream machine is always down 🙄
Poor service
I made a very simple order, being on a long drive I skipped the local restaurants assuming I'd get a consistent quick burger. The two dollar two burgers from the dollar menu. Sadly one of the bugers was completely missing the beef patty entirely. Everything else was on the burger. Very strange. Being on a long drive I wanted to get back on the road as soon as possible, and didn't check until then. Being on a tight time scedule I was unwilling to turn around. Im sure if I did, they would have been more then willing to fix the order. Still just kinda annoying considering most of the order's they are probably getting along a largely used highway like that are specifically quick stops just wanting the fast and consistent service typically associated with MD's. Everything else was the same as all the other ones I've been at. Even the ice cream machine was broken...
They don't deserve one star even. I drive a truck for a living. On the door said download app to order so I did. But this location would not show up. A young man walked out and I asked him if they were taking orders online. He said he isn't working there right now and walked away. So I was unable to order food.
Drive thru good, but service not so much.
