Good service, but in the midst of a pandemic, they don’t require that the passengers wear masks. This where in Wisconsin we have 6000 new cases each day. It is frustrating that I cannot use the service in the future during this pandemic.
Convenient mode of transportation to and from airport. However because of COVID very less number of buses are running .
Fourth time in a row in a beat up bus. Over an hour late and then the bus didn't go to the usual area. Dispatcher flat out lied. The bus doesn't get stuck over 40 minutes AT the airport. People outside in cold rain deserve more honesty.nnPreviously:nThis one has a light assembly rattling apart making lots of noise. No power. Need to do more maintenance.
It was a hectic day trying to get to O’Hare from Milwaukee (due to weather). The coach filled up quickly, Greg Butler, the driver, was helpful and courteous to the passengers. I appreciated his service. Thank you Greg.
Very nice, clean, comfortable and welcoming place to wait for the bus or to pick someone up here without any of the crowds of the airport. You can even leave your car parked here for up to 2 weeks in their secured lot until you return. Extremely nice and helpful staff and driver who answer all your questions and make you feel like family. They are very reliable and run a tight ship. Organized and right on time. They even come early ahead of time. You can pay in office or pay the driver, however you like which is very convenient especially if last minute. I will definitely be a customer for life and highly recommend this place!
