Parked in this lot last week. Someone broke into our car by breaking a window. Cameras are not adequate and no help. If onstar wouldn't have sent a theft detection we wouldn't even know. Would never park there again. Long term parking should have cameras that are adequate.
I normally don't rate a parking shuttle service but we've been very happy with their services.nnThey've added a heated shuttle waiting area and they have a waiting lounge at the end of the baggage claim area. They're at the end, but convenient when loading.nnTheir drivers provide a business card for you that let's you know where you parked. Plus if you need to contact them.nnPlus a cost savings compared to parking lot at the airport. I used to pay for being able to just walk into the building but the shuttle service is worth the money.nnThanks!
Very easy to leave your vehicle. A little trouble to get the card reader to accept your payment on the first swipe.
i flew out on January 24th and flew in on February 3rd this year. My driver, James Watson, was awesome!!! he remembered me and where my car was located. He was super courteous and extremely pleasant. I would definitely suggest taking the supersaver transit system for the ease of use, and their great employees, James Watson, one of many. Don't let this guy go Mitchell Airport!!!!!!
Of all the conveniences one can find on a trip, this was a snap! Park, pick up, perk! Our shuttle driver, James has worked for the service for years. And if you need valet service, they've got it. Will use it next time for even easier in and out of the airport. Why did I not know about this??!!! Well, you should. Uber if you must but you'd miss James' energetic, polite service.
